This piece features the Kasane Rindo pattern, inspired by rows of Gentian flowers. Depending on your focus, the design reveals repeating circles or star shapes, with each star centered by the Gentian motif. Handcrafted from 264 individual pieces, the pattern was carefully assembled over 22 hours using a combination of power and hand tools. Each piece is cut, angled, and dry-fit by hand, with a touch of glue for lasting placement. Framed in African Mahogany with Basswood splines, the piece also includes Mahogany accents within the design to add warmth and contrast.
