The owner, Pat Allen, is Certified as a Bourbon Professional by The Council of Whiskey Masters, and is working on becoming a Master of Whiskey. Also, they have more than 50 products open for tasting at all times. He is always happy to sample products with customers and help guide them on their whisk(e)y journey!
